Seniors Present Their Independent Study Projects

Last night, the Class of 2024 presented their Independent Study Projects at the Senior Independent Study Exhibition Gala. Many thanks to their faculty advisors Katherine Godin, Leah Jankoski, and Gabrielle Sonet. The full list of projects can be found below.

Golda Och Academy’s Senior Independent Study Project (ISP) course is both an independent study and a passion project. Through a progression of steps and tasks, students studied a discipline or subject that interested them, practiced a variety of college-level genres of writing, and developed a paper or a project that demonstrated their knowledge and understanding of the topic of their choice.

In the spirit of Golda Och Academy’s vision, students shared their learning with peers and the surrounding community through digital platforms or face-to-face student-organized events, and finally, students reviewed their individual growth and learning through the creation of a digital reflection.
