Having both a secular and Jewish education at GOA really helped prepare me for college as well as life after college.
Thank you for your interest in Golda Och Academy! At Golda Och Academy, we nurture the unique potential of each student through our exceptional Jewish and general studies programs. Our students are engaged, encouraged, and inspired by our challenging dual curriculum and develop a love of learning and a deep commitment to Jewish values. While our students come from a wide range of Jewish backgrounds and from over 60 communities, when they come together at GOA it feels like a family! Wherever students start their GOA journey, Pre-K through High School, they are welcomed into our warm and nurturing community by our outstanding faculty, administration, students and families.
At Golda Och Academy, we take ample time to review each application and get to know the “whole student.” Depending on the grade and corresponding admissions requirements, we look for learners who have had demonstrable academic success, and we gauge this through an interview, a review of grades and test scores, and teacher recommendations. As you find out about us, we encourage you to ask us questions.
If you require financial aid for your child to attend GOA, please apply as soon as possible and concurrently with your admissions application. It can take time to review financial aid applications to give each family the consideration they deserve. Do not wait until your child is accepted, there will not be enough time to review a financial aid application before you will be required to enroll.
We look forward to taking the next step with you as you explore the educational opportunity available at Golda Och Academy. Please contact Mary Lou Allen in our Admissions Office to schedule an individual tour or to sign up for one of our upcoming information sessions - it's the best way to get to know GOA!
