Golda Och Academy Participates in Engage: Growing School and Community Partnerships, a Signature Prizmah Program

As GOA strives to make Jewish day school the education choice for Jewish families, our admission professionals are continuously working on ways to elevate recruitment strategies and share the unique value of our school. Sari Allen, GOA’s Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management, is bringing new leadership skills and ideas back to our school through a signature partnership program between Prizmah: Center for Jewish day schools and PJ Library named Engage: Growing School and Community Partnerships. 

This program strengthens the participant’s skills in capacities critical for engagement: relationship building, stewardship, market segmentation, use of data and more. Through attracting and engaging young Jewish families, this initiative has supported hundreds of families over the last six years in taking the next steps to foster a deeper engagement with Jewish life, creating a model through which families are choosing to engage with Judaism through Jewish day school education.

Engage is generously sponsored by the Harold Grinspoon Foundation (HGF), Lisa and Arieh Coll, Combined Jewish Philanthropies of Greater Boston (CJP) and Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest. Their continued commitment to Jewish day school education allows admission professionals to build strong communal connections and engage the next generation of young Jewish families.
