Golda Och Academy Announces Dor Hemshech — a new Alumni Experiential Fellows Program

Golda Och Academy is excited to announce “Dor Hemshech (The Next Generation)” —  a new Alumni Experiential Fellows Program seeking to build the next generation of Jewish educators through a comprehensive education and mentoring program. This program has been made possible by a generous grant by the Jewish Community Foundation of Greater MetroWest.

Dor Hemshech is designed for SSDS-GOA alumni interested in a rewarding experiential education fellowship. Fellows will have the opportunity to serve in leadership roles for Jewish experiential life programs, including Shabbatonim, retreats and holidays. The fellowship can be completed while attending college or working at a job. Through the mentorship of Rabbi Meirav Kallush, fellows will receive guidance in preparing for each event, developing meaningful themes, crafting engaging and age-appropriate activities, and designing thoughtful itineraries. Throughout the process, fellows will gain hands-on experience in educational leadership and program execution as well as receive a stipend of $2500 and travel reimbursement.

Interested alumni can apply here by September 2, 2025 and will need to complete an interview with Rabbi Meirav/ Mr. Huseman. For more information, email Rabbi Meirav at MKallush@goldaochacademy.org.
